About Kesh & Co., a small salon in Bandra West
“Kesh” is the Hindi word for hair. We opened a salon around it with five chairs, a quiet colour bar and a simple rule: explain everything before we start.
Why we work slowly
Most bad haircuts come from a rushed five-minute chat. At Kesh & Co. every appointment begins with a proper consultation: how you wear your hair on a normal Tuesday, how much time you have in the morning, what the monsoon does to it and what you never want again.
Only then do we suggest a cut or a colour, with a price, and only then do we start. If something will not suit your hair or will damage it, we say so, even if it means a smaller bill.
We keep the salon small on purpose. Five chairs means the music stays low, you are never squeezed in between two other clients and your stylist is with you from consultation to finish.

Clean tools, every time
Combs, brushes and nail tools are cleaned and sterilised between clients, files and spatulas are single-use, and every client gets a fresh towel and cape.
Colour you can trust
Patch tests for new colour clients, ammonia-free options and your formula written on your client card so the next visit matches.
No pressure to buy
We use salon-professional products and will tell you what is in them. If you ask what to use at home, we suggest one or two things, not a shelf.
Your language
Between us we speak English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Konkani and Urdu, so you can explain exactly what you want.

We are in Bandra West, easy to reach from Khar, Santacruz and the Western line. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us; we usually reply within the hour while the salon is open.
